Welcome to Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars.

Founded thirty years ago by a local multi-generation farming family, Lamoreaux Landing is respected for crafting site-specific and expressive red and white wines. Over the years they have steadily increased their plantings to twenty unique vineyards scattered across 119 acres… while their contemporary Greek revival winery has expanded to accommodate more barrels, tanks, and visitors.

Notably, they produce 100% of their electric energy needs, and alongside other progressive winemakers in the Finger Lakes they are committed to sustainable farming practices by minimizing the use of synthetic fungicides, pesticides, fertilizers, fuel, energy and waste.

Although they produce over twenty styles of wines from ten varietals, we decided to be super focused this month with our selection of featured wines. Co-owner and winemaker Josh Wig and I will get a little ‘geeky’ and do a 3-2-1 deep dive on Chardonnay through the Lamoreaux lens: 3 expressions. 2 vintages. 1 varietal.
